1) First register to the DID Coping and Caring Support Forum; Once you have done this, you can set up your profile. 2) Take a look around the community. You will not be able to view the posts and responses yet. By membership to Dissociative Identity Disorder Coping and Caring Support forum agreement, the posts remain private. 3) Attend particularly to the two menu bars at the top of the board. The top menu bar is for 'you'. Here you can log in/log out, , see whether you have messages in your box (a smiley waving an envelope will pop out if you have messages), go to your profile, go to the picture gallery and view or use the pictures there in posts/responses. You will also see that you can toggle between this 'home' page and the 'support forum' section of the board. The second bar contains information that will be helpful for you when learning about the board. Pay particular attention to the policies and guidelines found in the 'community information' tab. 4) If you believe that you will feel comfortable here, complete our application by answering a few questions by clicking on this link. This will alert you that you now have access to the forums. 6) You will now need to introduce yourself in that section. You will notice that there are many pictures on the board. Each picture is a link that will take you to that section. 7) We have an active staff.
